Mint16.
Under MATE Mintupdate icon in the service tray allows to open Mintupdate and subsequently to upgrade

Under NEON connexion it does not open Mintupdate. One has to open it from the main menu or a terminal.

kdesudo was not installed....

once installed, it woks OK
