Asked by Vincent Bersier on 2012-10-02

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Prestashop connecter, rev 113 on Ubuntu 12.04, PostgreSQL 9.1, OpenERP 6.1 (.deb pkg)
I've installed the last revision of all dependencies.

During the installation of the connectore, this message pop-up:

hi,
I had same problem ..., a csv file raises error
1) Look in the server log file, there is file's name . csv .
2) Look in the file, line 8 or 9, perhaps missing a comma.

In my case: prestashoperpconnect/settings/1.5.0.0/product.product/external.mappinglines.template.csv
diff external.mappinglines.template.csv external.mappinglines.template.original.csv
9c9
< result = [('ean13', resource['ean13'])]",,,
---
> result = [('ean13', resource['ean13'])]",,

Thanks DelphineL, that solved my question.
