How do you delete the 2 "sample" email entries in Configurator?

When Popper Configurator first opens, there are already two "John Doe" entries listed in the "Email" tab. I need those spots but cannot delete them. When I try to delete the entries, I get an error msg that reads: "This field must not be empty. Reset to last value." How do I remove these two entries?

Just overwrite the default entries. They only exist to give users a hint on how to fill the account fields. Ensure that all required fields are filled otherwise you will get a warning message.
