SNI in workloads involving SslWrap

Asked by Michael Hendrie

I’m using a workload involving a SslWrap and on analysis I notice the client robots do not send Server Name Indication (SNI). The SSL library web-polygraph is compiled against has SNI support.

Is there any way, e.g. config option, to make client robots send SNI?

Thanks,

Michael

I do not see any Polygraph code that would enabled SNI sending. It should not be difficult to add, and we will try to add it for the next release. Please feel free to open a bug report to track our progress on this.

Hello Alex,

Can you please let me know which version of polygraph is ready with SNI ? Or polygraph should still need to be released with SNI support ?

SNI sending has been implemented. The code is going through the internal review cycles. It has not been committed yet, but I hope it will appear in Polygraph v5.1.

Thanks for the information. Would be pleased if you post a message whenever version 5.1 is available :-) .

Can you help with this problem?
