Phase synchronisation

First of all let me explain the scenario.

Poly-client -------------------------> S/W ---------------------> poly-server
(poly client (fwd request to poly-server (poly-server will read the cdb file
Will read the poly-server is configured as content for replying the request)
Foreign trace server>
And send request
For that file.
Like for e.g
http://10.112.79.94:8787/abc.wmv.
Phase configured as
Goal.xactions = 10
Goal.duration = 5min)

Is setting goal here is achievable??? Will poly-client will get stop after completing its goal.
 I need this to work. Can you help me it
