Where can I see tweet replies in Polly?

When somebody replies to my tweets I receive a (very delayed) E-Mail from Twitter, but nothing appears in the Home+Mentions stream nor the "All messages" stream.

Is Polly supposed to support this and what do I miss?

Replies are supposed to appear in the "Home+Mentions" stream in the moment they are sent.

The "All messages" stream, as the name indicates, refers to DMs and have nothing to do with tweet replies.
