Horizontal break

This is rather a feature request than a question.
I think it would be useful to have the abilty of something like a horizontal break to have more "tabs".

Imagine you have the usual way of tabs with vertical breaks and several tabs in one line.
My idea is to have two tabs in one column, so you would be able to have a better view of multiple twitter accounts.

Is this completely impossible?

It's technically possible, but it's not really a design I'd follow.

I prefer to improve horizontal navigation rather than adding vertical clutter.

And maybe as an additional option?
I would prefer to have four twitter accounts with "Home+Mentions" and "Mentions" four times. Would be 8 tabs and with horizontal scrolling you can not have an overview of all twitter accounts at the same time.

I understood the issue, I just don't like the design of this particular solution.

I'll try to think of an alternative.
