Notifications under custom parameters

Would it be possible to have a custom notification parameter, so that notifications could be given for certain columns.
For instance, I have a column for a Twitter list I made, and ideally would like to view notifications for that list without notifications for every feed.

For the moment no, but for future versions I plan to add the ability to mute notifications for columns you choose.
