When will Polly support quantal?

Asked by Julian Fernandes

Hello,

I wonder when Polly will support Ubuntu 12.10? I'm using it to report bugs and write news, and since Polly is my favorite Twitter client, i would love to keep using it.

At the moment i install it direcly from the .deb file, but it have no integration with message menu, sadly. Is there any eta on this?

Thanks in advance :)

I don't have a specific date, but I've heard the Precise package works. Are you sure the Messaging Menu issue is not actually on Quantal itself?

I will do a fresh install of Quantal tonight, since this install is from Alpha 1... but i think it isn't messaging menu's problem. I think they changed it on quantal.

The visual as changed (it only show what you use), dunno about the back-end. Will do a fresh install and update this question after it :)

Sorry for the delay on this answer.

Tested on a clean Quantal install and it did not worked. Since quantal changed the messaging menu, i guess that is the problem.
