how to install pogo-0.4

In the readme file,the second instruction of installing is
sudo make install.But it can not go through.
The error indication is
make file command not found.
what can I do ？

Hi Zhai Chuanying
first - you download Pogo source files & extract this to your $HOME
 & 'cd' inside ~/pogo/
 - If you are using a Debian - based distri. you can run now: $ make-deb.sh
2. you installed all the packages
* gettext
* python-mutagen
* python-gst0.10
* python-dbus
* python-imaging
On my system it worked like a charm ^_^
