How to restore / refresh thumbnails?

Podbird wouldn't launch so I deleted some files - possibly in.config. Now it works but no images. Is there a way to refresh them? I know removing and adding again works but I loose my progress then.

There is no way to do this at the moment, but adding a settings option to do this automatically/when clicked should be possible. Attached bug report to track work item.
