Replace the references to your current distribution (hardy) in /etc/apt/sources.list.

e.g
deb http://no.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ hardy multiverse

becomes

deb http://no.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid multiverse

Why isn't this listed on the playdeb website?

I have no idea, your question didn't mention playdeb.
Looking at their website it would appear that they only have packages for hardy - you'd have to ask them about intrepid (and jaunty) support.

The "How to Install" instructions point to a .deb package you can install, this will add the correct repository for Intrepid.
