virtualbox error

i downloaded the virtualbox from sun microsystems and after installing it in 9.04 and tried as i understood to run it gives me an error.

dpkg: error processing /tmp/virtualbox-3.0_3.0.4-50677_ubuntu_jaunty_i386.deb (--install):
 cannot acces archive: No such file or directory
Errors were encountered while processing:
/tmp/virtualbox-3.0_3.0.4-50677_ubuntu_jaunty_i386.deb

please help

i just reinstalled it and everything went well.
