Icon for a Flatpak Application

My Flatpak application installs icons. The Ubuntu Budgie 20.10 application finds one and it shows next to my application on the menu.

Planks shows a blank icon, so it hasn't found mine.

Do I have to install a separate icon somewhere special for Plank to find it? If so where?
