Is it possible to put icons for Logout and Shutdown into the Plank dock?

Is it possible to put icons for Logout and Shutdown into the Plank dock? Well, that is my question. As regular user, earlier with Ubuntu Mate and a similar dock, I do whish I could do so.

Also, it seems to only allow a certain number of icons instead of as many as I'd like.
The notification color that is meant to grab one's attention, I'd like to customize that too, please?
