No title bar and Unite extension conflicts with Plank to provide best experience. How to resolve this?

When we enable no title bar extension, it also shows plank options (min, max and close) on title bar. There is also a feature to hide the (min, max and close) option in an extension named unite which hides these in the regular windows. My problem is when we close plank accidentally from title bar, there is only one option left with user and that is to reboot. Is there any way he can switch on plank without having to reboot? (Alt+F2+r) is not solving the issue. Thank you. :)
