Plank aren't recognized by kwin when it's hidden

I use plank with autohide. When i try to minimize the window clicking on top corner, the minimizing effect simple doesn't happen(dock hidden).
I'm using Kubuntu 19.04.
I also use a effect called "Yet another magic lamp", its a bit long so i can see when the animation is stopped.
Another thing that happen is when i click on the icon to open. When i click, the animation starts and if i leave the dock area the animation is canceled(as the dock starts to hide the animation is immediately stopped).
When i say that the animation is stopped,i mean that the windows just appear or disappear. There is no crash or lag.
Is there a way to make Kwin recognizes plank when plank is hidden?
Or should i report this as a bug?
