Plank not minimizing open windows

Good morning,
I've installed plank and it's working perfectly expect one thing. When I open an app from the dock, it works, but when I click again on it, it doesn't minimize, it opens again the app.
Is there a workaround ?
I didn't want to mark it as a bug, because it seems fixable ;)
