[Suggestion] Scrolling to minimize / un-minimize a window

The current behaviour of Plank gave me an idea which i think could be interesting.

Right now, when you have an open application in plank, which is minimized, when you scroll on this application's icon, it pops up.

Now, what if this open application could be minimized with scrolling down and un-minimized when scrolling up on the app icon?

IMO, that would be an awesome and very useful feature, certainly boosting my productivity.

But as I'm not a programmer, I don't know if it's actually possible to implement in easy way. Or in any way at all.
So please tell me what You think, i'd really appreciate Your feedback.
