Plank dock, keep docklets on the right side

So I recently installed Elementary Os witch comes preinstalled with plank. I recently found out how to change the settings of the plank dock, and found out about docklets, the little useful tools in the dock, such as trash. However, one thing that has been bothering me, and that is that the trash docklet moves aside when I open a program that is not pined to the dock. I want the docklet to stay on the right side of the dock, even when I open up new program.

Please help, because I do not want to switch to docky for a feature as simple as this
