Add Smoke theme (or any with blur background)

Hi. I like Docky Smoke theme. I need blurry background to make icons more visible in "itellihide" mode when it shown above white webbrowser window, for example.

Honestly, MATE theme looks ugly (those borders). Please add something more clean and simple like Smoke theme.
