Increase icon and font size in stack popup window

Is there a way to increase icon and font size in stack popup windows? No, the window generated by a left click on a folder pinned to the dock. gtk-font-name=Roboto 11 makes the font bigger (was size 10) but cannot make the icons bigger.

I assume you mean the default gtk+ right-click-menus. They simply are styled by the selected gtk+ theme as in any other gtk-based application.
