Feasibility of a "Bring to this Desktop"?

As in right click on an icon for an open window that isn't visible on the current desktop.

Basically "bring to here" which could be a shortcut like [click=minimize->restore] or a fancy call to the WM to redraw on current viewport.

So after some discussion with Rico, I think we're going to stick to the thought that Plank is not a window manager. We should let the window manager handle functions like moving apps between workspaces.

Can you help with this problem?
