It would be really nice to create an interface for creating shortcuts, having default keyboard shortcuts on using Plank for power users.

Sorry, I meant the need of keyboard shortcuts, such as running kept in dock programs by "<some-combo> + N", where <some-combo> is a combination of keys, for example "ctrl+super", or just "super"; and N - number from the left-most kept in dock program.
