High Bitrate and Pandora One

Hi There,

Does the "mp3-hifi" (I presume 192KBps) format work even if I don't have a Pandora One account? Or does it fall back to mp3 if you don't have Pandora One. Just curious, thanks.

As far as I know it does not work without a subscription.
