I see pithos being updated every now and then. But I cannot see what changes from one version to another?
Is there a page for that?

Probably the best place to look is the bzr revision log at https://code.launchpad.net/~kevin-mehall/pithos/trunk#recent-revisions

The revision numbers there correspond to the "0.2~bzrXX" in the package version numbers, but often there are several revisions in bzr before I rebuild the package. For example, yesterday's PPA update was 91, but the previous packaged version was 89.
