NowTV - plugin loads but video never starts

So I have everything working for the plugin as far as I can tell. User agent changed to be Windows Firefox 12. NowTv seems happy enough with this and the video player starts up but it appears it is not retrieving any video data as it just has the player window - the timeline shows a total length of 0 and progresses no further.

Any suggestions here? I would suspect that it's silently failing the DRM portion but I will have to get logs to confirm this. Using Mint 17.
