Piplight cannot Arabic Display Arabic Chracter

Hello ,
We Just Moving From Windows Env. to Ubuntu Env.
our System is build on Silverlight
so we used pipelight-plugin for silverlight on Ubuntu 14, now when running application labels and stored data is running perfect but if i want to add any Arabic Text The System will Show ????? instead of Arabic Charterer, if i try to copy and past it from some where else it's working fine but any typing to silverlight in Arabic Language is showing only ?????,
so can anyone help with this problem other our project will Fail
