I answer my own question. Apparently support for oldstable has been dropped. For current stable, testing and unstable distributions the repository has changed to http://repos.fds-team.de/stable/debian/, and its key is valid. Maybe you should delete the sections for wheezy and add one for stretch on http://pipelight.net/cms/install/installation-debian.html?

The OpenSUSE build servers generate those keys on their own, so you don't have control over the date when they expire or which email address is embedded in the key. We are currently moving the builds to our own build system, but the instructions were not updated yet. To get the most recent packages for wheezy, follow the instructions for jessie, but use

deb http://repos.fds-team.de/stable/debian/ wheezy main

as repo url instead.
