Plugin Request: Garmin Communicator Plugin

I wanted to ask whether it would be possible to integrate the Garmin Communicator. It's very useful to up and download fitness and gps data.

Hi,

sorry for the late answer, it seems like I overlooked this question. However, communicating with hardware is always a bit problematic in Wine and can easily fail. I would therefore suggest to try the open source linux rewrite of the Garmin Communicator Plugin: http://www.andreas-diesner.de/garminplugin/doku.php?id=start

If this does not work for you, we may take a look at integrating the plugin, but I need to check whether I have a device which I can use for testing.
