When closing a tab running Silverlight or navigating to another page something crashes

This crash is on purpose and unfortunately there is no good way to solve this. The main problem is that the Silverlight plugin itself sometimes freezes when trying to deinitialize. If this case isn't handled the whole browser can be unusable - thus we have implemented a method to detect these problems. In this case the plugin crashes on purpose to be reloaded the next time it is used.
