why does not pinta have a shortcuts manager? so you could do your own shortcuts?

That would be a feature request that could be considered. Traditionally Pinta has had fairly minimal configuration options

 find it particularly frustrating that there isn't a keyboard shortcut to switch the fill mode from contiguous to global so could this maybe be added in pinta 2.3?
