Styling of comment warning message

Hi,

I want to style this warning message along with my theme, it occurs if someone posts a comment without all the required information:

You need to enter all required fields, and a valid email. Press back to try again. The captcha answer was incorrect. Press "back" on your browser to try again.

I couldn't find it in the template section.

How can I make changes to this message?

That cannot be changed using the GUI. I wish it could.

Go into /shownews.php, and do a search for "You need to enter all",
which will show you were you can edit the HTML and such.
