Index page automatically goes to login page

After installing the program, making a test article and logging out when I go to http://www.bodyheartbulletin.com/news it goes to a login page instead of the news page.
After logging in I see http://www.bodyheartbulletin.com/news/index.php
After logging out and trying to go to the index page it gets routed to
