IT takes me to installation back

I have installed PHPdev successfully but when it says click here installation successful it takes me back to the installation.

Please help me with this problem i have checked all the things accordingly, but still problem

First thing you should check is, make sure that anything was written to the database you specified. Also use the default prefix.
