Where is MD5 and SHA1 checksum for ISO?

I just downloaded Peppermint Four respin via torrent and would now link to run a checksum on it to verify that it is good. I cannot find MD5 or SHA checksum values for it or any other ISO. Please help.

Found the MD5 in the pop-up dialog box after clicking "Download 32-bit" which I had not done before because I thought using the torrent was a better option.
