bottom power plane being split when generating gerbers

I have a 10 layer board that is almost done. I'm trying to generate the gerber files to complete the project and send for build. My bottom power layer is being split into two halves with a 1/2" no-man's land in the middle. Any ideas what might be causing this and how to fix?
