PCB menu translation

Is it possible to translate PCB menu with gettext or any other way?

I found that PCB stores menu structure in src/gpcb-menu.h, generated from src/gpcb-menu.res.in. So, is there any way to translate it?
Now PCB translation is really terrible, because all dialogs are translated, but the main menu is English only.

All the above mentioned bugs have been committed.

Translation files can now be updated and committed.

This question can be considered fully resolved when a new version of pcb is released.
