Missing Menu items

Hi all.

I am running PCB version 20091103 on Ubuntu Linux. I am reading the manual pcb.pdf by Harry Eaton. In section 3.1.1 - "Menus" there is a reference to the "Screen Menu" which seems to be missing in my version of PCB. I only have File, Edit, view, settings, select buffer, connects. info and window.

Am i missing something here?
