Best way to make a backup

What would be the best way to make a backup of my stored passwords that could be used in case of disaster recovery?

The database is stored in a file in your home directory. By default, it should be in ~/.local/share/pasaffe/pasaffe.psafe3.

You just need to backup that file, and put it back in that location on a new machine.

hi Marc,
I reinstalled pasaffe and copied the backup files before. But now i have a newer version and if i copy the backup file in the folder above mentioned, it doesnt show up if i open the program.
