One month or more ago there is no update info from packages , be it from here (Brasil) or abroad . More info:

parcel-tracker is already the newest version (16.11.1-0~414~ubuntu16.04.1).

16.11 is not the latest version, latest one is 17.06.1.
I also cannot do any diagnostics without tracking number.

It seems that in the PPA https://launchpad.net/~dlyh/+archive/ubuntu/parceltrackerlts/+packages the update to version 17.06.1 has only be done for Ubuntu 12.04, 14.04 and 15.04, but not for the supported Ubuntu releases 16.04, 16.10 and 17.04.

I suggest that you contact https://launchpad.net/~dlyh

A potential workaround could be to manually download and install the version for 14.04.
