Proposal of colors for the default shell

I had a proposal for the prompt colors that I currently have hardcoded in the ~/.bashrc and /etc/skel/.bashrc for the newly created users. A similar work has been done in /root/.bashrc but changing the default colors (green for normal users and red for the root shell) with some additional info such as the time.

I was thinking about forking the terminal to let you choose whether my proposal is interesting, but I'm not sure about where these changes will apply? Shall I comment this in the metaproject of elementary as the .bashrc are OS-related files?
