Popup msg on pasting sudo cmds doesn't clear via <ENTER>

Pasting sudo commands into Terminal doesn't clear the warning message/acknowledge "Paste anyway" when hitting <ENTER>. Is there a setting configurable that enables this functionality, yet keeps the warning?
