It can't display HEVC and VP9 codec videos' thumbnail.
It works fine with h264, what can I do for it?

The version of tumbler used in Freya, which is based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is too old to support these codecs. However, the next release of Elementary OS (Loki) is due this year has a later version which does. I just tried a 4K VP9 video file with the alpha version and it thumbnailed fine. You might be able to upgrade the thumbnailer in Freya using a ppa or something but I cannot guarantee it will work.
