How to install on Ubuntu 15.04

Can I install this file manager in Ubuntu 15.04? I want the version 0.2 (for freya).

First, you need at the appropriate repository. For the stable version you need deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/elementary-os/stable/ubuntu trusty main. Visit https://launchpad.net/~elementary-os for this and other ppas and instructions for installing.

After updating your repositories, install the pantheon-files package. For Files to appear as intended and not have missing icons, you will have to install the elementary-theme and elementary-icon-theme packages as well, then use the unity-tweak tool to select those themes for your desktop.

Most of the Files functionality should work, but not all, e.g. some of the contracts might be missing.
