mount of other partition system privilege

Hi,

mounting another disk partition with pantheon-files forces the permission of all underlaying files/directory to be that privileged user that was used by prior legitimation.
On the other hand, I have a internal SD, clicking on it no legitimation is required, all permissions will be on my own login user.
What's my fault?
