When I go back to the previous folder, it always go to the top.

When I go back to the previous folder, it always go to the top.
When I copy and paste my files to a folder, it still stays on the top, don't go to the files that I paste.

When you navigate away from a folder, only the location is remembered - not the position of the cursor or the selected files. So when you go back to it, it will always show the top. There is no simple solution to this but you could raise a "Wishlist" bug report at https://bugs.launchpad.net/pantheon-files.

When you paste into a folder, the pasted files are selected but the view does not scroll if necessary to show them. I think this is a bug - I'll create a bug report for this.
