No Icon when Right Click at Files

I see on some screenshoots, there are icons when you right click. For example when you right click on video file, and choosing Open With, you will see VLC with it's icon on the left. But on my Files, the icon is not showed when I right click, Open WIth the video files.

Gtk3 menus no longer display icons by default and it is not current elementaryos policy to use them in menus.

Can you help with this problem?
