Is there a way to change the default file sorting?

Asked by Luis Andrés Gonzalez

I want to set pantheon files to sort the files by date (reversed order) instead of the alphabetical sorting.
Is there any way to change that? It is very annoying to change it every time I open a folder.

1. Install dconf-editor
2. Go: org -> gnome -> nautilus -> preferences
3. Set default-sort-order and default-sort-in-reverse-order to your needs.

I know, files app should remember that settings made from ui but it doesn't and dconf is only help right now.

Can you help with this problem?
