Pantheon file does not open at all after update

Pantheon-files does not open at all after i updates the system. i found out that scratch and files are installed together but scratch is functioning smoothly while files fails to open. i filed a bug report but its taking a long time to get any answers.
sorry if I am sounding a bit impatient, its just that Files is my sole file manager in the OS.

files not working with custom theme, just use default elementary theme. work on all DE (using on 12.04 ubuntu with eOS dally PPA)

I 've have a same problem. I put bellow the output when i run the command pantheon-files on shell. Does anybody have any idea about this problem?
